Americon Restoration of The Ohio Valley

I had Americon Restoration handle two claims for An office building that I own, as well as my own personal residence. Ricky was the point person that I had on both claims. Not only was he very easy to deal with. He was very accommodating and explained everything so very well. I feel very comfortable with everything that he has helped me with and he has walked me through the entire claim process. The entire team from top to bottom from the emergency services to the reconstruction! Explaining the process the entire way. Americon Restoration is the only company I would ever use. Ricky was amazing in every single way I cannot stress enough how much he’s helped guide me through the claims process on both of the claims that I have. I would give 20 stars if I could.

Americon was great! We had a leak in the basement during a bad storm and they sent a plumber to investigate. Turns out it wasn't a plumbing issue. They didn't charge me a penny! We were able to fix the issue on our own. I'd definitely recommend Americon.

Ricky & John, I want to start by saying thank you. Ricky you have answered all my questions and helped me tremendously through this whole process. John as an owner of a company making yourself available and taking my concerns seriously makes your company valuable beyond measure. I want you both to know how much I appreciate what your company has done. I also want to really stress the incredible job the crews you had out here did. That basement was a disaster! I had blocked it off for years and pretended it didn’t exist. Between Kenny and Zach I could see the passion and pride they put into their work. They went above and beyond keeping things they thought may be special to me and most times they were right. I had gotten some shelving for the garage and they put things they felt had value or emotional meaning on them and tossed the rest. By doing this they saved some really special items I had forgot even existed. The other taller young man was always nothing but a gentleman and always gracious. As well as the two I didn’t get their names but both the younger and older guys were so polite and hard working. I know this was a huge undertaking and I just felt I needed to tell you both

We experienced water damage in our home after an ice dam caused leaking through our ceiling, walls, and into our living space after a winter storm. We initially called another restoration company, but unfortunately they fell short when it came to communication and urgency, which only added to the stress. That’s when we called Americon Restoration of the Ohio Valley, and the difference was immediate. Their team responded quickly, thoroughly assessed the water damage, and got to work right away to prevent further issues. They handled everything from water mitigation and drying to repairs and reconstruction, and kept us informed every step of the way. One of the biggest reliefs was having Americon work directly with our insurance company, which made the entire process so much easier. What started as a stressful disaster ended with our home looking better than ever. If you need a reliable company for water damage restoration, storm damage cleanup, or emergency restoration services in the youngstown area I highly recommend Americon Restoration.

Zach and Kenny with Americon did a fantastic job. They were professional, thorough, and all with great communication. I was kept up to date on the plan as they went and the status of where they were. I was invited several times to check on progress and asked if everything was to my satisfaction. I couldn't be more pleased with Zach and Kenny. Additionally, Mitch, the manager, and John the owner of the company also checked in with us to ensured everything done so far exceeded our expectations. Very impressed with the quality of work as well as the people they employ. Thank you John, Mitch, Zach and Kenny!
